Utilize Social Media

If your agent has your house listed on the company website, share it on all your social media sources, like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to name a few. This way your friends and family members can share it as well, creating a lot of buzz, clicks and interest. You may have a follower that is your future buyer and you don't even know it.
